Already posted here on the Informal Pub, only that Ipanema ( see the post here ) and we'd have liked. It was there we drink the best beer so far, here in Rio de Janeiro.
We were invited by a good friend of ours to meet Botequim Informal Botafogo Praia Shopping. As it is known who is with us, we have a slight aversion to going to bars and restaurants located in malls, however we have had some occasional surprises in our aim to know the melhoresbares and restaurants in Rio, was the case with Joe and Leo's ( see the post here ) and the pressure Chopperia In New York ( see the post here ).
Accept a little bit afraid to go and find ourselves again. The place, despite being inside a mall is beautiful. The view from Sugarloaf and Botafogo beach is wonderful! The bar is located on the top floor of the mall, or on the eighth floor. With a climate very comfortable and tables with enough space between them, the place has nothing to do with the typical bland bars shopping. The trick is, if the car park at the top floor, which is almost at the entrance of the bar.
How is outdoor smoking is allowed, what is good for those who smoke. This time instead of the beer prefer to go for bottled beer. Now the best ... the beer was stupidly cold! Writing only just gave up your mouth water just remembering. Look at the picture:
You are right that the beer there still is no "Lokal Music Bar" ( see here the immense small difference ), but we can say that they are on track! We are the current "Please let us serve cold beer!" And it seems the Informal Pub adhered to our noble cause!
The portion of sausage that we were good. The escondidinho is also good, although it could be a little bigger.
When we arrived, around 17:00 the bar was empty, but was gradually filling up and by 21:00 there was already crowded and very nice!
Finally, we can say it was a great great program offered by companies, by the beautiful view, good service and especially for the cold beer we drink there, of course!
